Estimated population at risk
Chinese and Swiss researchers have said that a newly developed model predicts that about 19,580,000 people in China live in high-risk areas for arsenic poisoning, mainly in Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Henan, Shandong and Jiangsu provinces.
