Schaffner names new CEO
Schaffner Holding, the maker of components and test equipment for magnetic interference, said on Wednesday that Fritz Gantert will take over as its chief executive from August 1.

The company also said that it would pay a gross dividend of SFr5 and net dividend of SFr3.25 a share on earnings for the year 1999/2000. Schaffner paid a gross dividend of SFr4 the previous year.
The group disclosed in December a net profit figure of SFr15.9 million ($9.82 million) for the year 1999/2000 on sales of SFr184.9 million.
It said that it saw potential for further growth with good sales forecast in the car industry.
