A study published in The Lancet, a peer-reviewed general medical journal, drew up a sustainable diet that could feed 10 billion people in 2050. The menu features the exact quantities of what every person should eat. The goal of the menu is to improve people’s health and to avoid potentially catastrophic damage to the planet.
