This year’s festival begins with a Beethoven cycle and focuses on the piano as a solo voice and in a musical dialogue with strings, with performances by Daniel Levy and Yehezkel Yerushalmi. The Lyre of Orpheus concert, with renowned Spanish musician Luis Paniagua who presents the myth of Orpheus and plays a seven stringed lyre, is one of the festival highlights.
