When Lady Diana went to finishing school in Switzerland she learnt dainty table manners and the polite way to step out of a Rolls Royce. Princesses and super rich kids still grace the corridors of the Institut Villa Pierrefeu in Glion, but many of them are entrepreneurs with university degrees, so the curriculum now includes business etiquette and public relations.
