Origins of life clues in glacial microbes

Thousands of micro-organisms inhabit the Swiss glaciers. Scientists are now talking a closer look at these bacteria, which managed to adapt to extreme conditions. The findings could also help us better understand the origins of life. (RTS/swissinfo.ch)
