Maurice Steger swissmusic

Born in Winterthur in 1971, Maurice Steger studied at the Musikhochschule in Zurich. After further studies in Europe he received his soloist's diploma in 1995, followed by numerous prizes and awards including the Friedrich Hegar Prize and the prestigious Karajan Prize in 2002. His career has already taken him to major concert halls throughout Europe. Maurice Steger lives in Zurich and also teaches masterclasses in Europe and throughout the world.
