Over 150 masterpieces from the Hahnloser Collection, one of the most prestigious private collections in Europe, are on show this summer in Lausanne. The exhibition pays particular tribute to “New Painting” with works by Cézanne, Manet, Renoir and Van Gogh, and spotlights Pierre Bonnard, a major Post-Impressionist. Most of the works were bought direct from the artists’ studios.
